I bought this product to take my herbal supplements instead of having to put them in capsules which takes so much time to do. Then having to swallow all those capsules to get in my daily dosage. With the blate papes I scoop them in the sheet, bundle it up, then swallow with water and I'm done. Very easy to do and makes life a little easier for me.”
