“I’m taking mimosa pudica which I am grinding into powder from seed I purchased from India. This product makes it so easy to take. Twice a day I measure out the powder, place in pouch, dip in water and swallow with the water. Easy peasey! It amazes me how large a packet I can swallow easily. Highly recommend. Soooo much easier than trying to fill capsules that end up sticking in my throat!”
