“I take several powdered forms of supplements -- the kind with zero additives. These Blate Papes are a great idea and work fairly well. Much, much easier than trying to fill empty capsules. And swallowing is easy. I got this version of squares, and it's a little tricky folding it over to contain the powders. My next order will probably be their pre-formed cones. Highly recommended.”
